Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our New York office on the sales and marketing desk. This is a warm and well established desk and you will be engaging in both business development and full 360 recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the sales and marketing sectors.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and successfully bring on new clients/logos.
- Operate as a 360 recruiter, managing the entire recruitment process from pulling jobs to sourcing and placing candidates.
- Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within sales and marketing or in a technology sector
- Proven track record of business development and attracting new clients.
- In-depth experience managing both client and candidate relationships in a 360 recruitment role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to relocate to New York if currently based in the UK.
