Senior Recruitment Consultant – Cyber Security Desk

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our London office on the cyber security desk. This is a thriving and well-established desk where you will engage in both business development and full 360 recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates within the cyber security sector.
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities and successfully bring on new clients/logos.
• Operate as a 360 recruiter, managing the entire recruitment process from pulling jobs to sourcing and placing candidates.
• Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within cyber security or a technology sector.
• Proven track record of business development and attracting new clients.
• Extensive experience managing both client and candidate relationships in a 360 recruitment role.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to relocate to New York in the long term.
